Return Policy:

Your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us! Within 7 days from the date of purchase, you may return your item at no charge (see below for exceptions). If more than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Additionally, all sales related to custom (natural cowhide rugs) are final and the rugs are custom made. All items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And to qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. We do not accept items that have been altered, soiled or stained. Products must be free of any unnatural odors such as cigarette smoke, cologne, air fresheners, etc. We will not return for a refund any returned merchandise that has been tampered with, soiled, dyed, or has an unnatural odor. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.

If it is determined that the returned product is not new and unused, no refund will be issued and the product will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Refund Policy:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method.
Your refund will be equal to the total amount paid for the merchandise plus any sales tax paid. Shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially arrive.
Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive.
